Mr. Foster has over 20 years of experience in environmental consulting, specializing in the oil and gas industry. His experience in business operation management lead him to establish Timberwolf Environmental in 2013 after successful leadership as partner at a previous environmental firm where he was responsible for the company’s service line and financial growth. He received a bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University.

Mr. Mersmann has 20 years of experience in environmental geosciences and business operations management, primarily providing environmental and land use consulting services to the oil and gas industry, land managers and developers. He is a Licensed Professional Geoscientist and Certified Professional Soil Scientist with bachelor's and master's degrees in environmental soil science from Texas A&M University. He has also completed Rice University Executive Education's Accelerated Development Program in Business Leadership.
